Returns & Exchanges

Proenza Schouler offers complimentary returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS or DHL return shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
